01. Our Data Philosophy

Nexilant builds tools with privacy by design. We do not build profiles or monitor your behavioral data. Our summarization engine is built for transient processing only.

02. Information Gathering

We only collect data required for the functional integrity of the extension and your subscription account:

Identity: Basic account info (Email and Name).
Usage: Monthly summary count for quota limits.
Technical: Browser and OS version for stability patches.

Google User Data Compliance

Smart Summarizer AI strictly adheres to the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. We do not sell your personal data or browsing history. All AI processing is transient and session-based.

03. AI Safety & Privacy

Your summarization requests are processed via secure endpoints (GPT-4o or Gemini 1.5). We use enterprise-tier configurations that ensure your inputs are NOT used to train future AI models.

04. Your Rights

You have the absolute right to download or permanently delete your account data. Nexilant ensures that purge requests are fully executed within 24 hours across all systems.
